Agreement between member or user - you - and Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology
("Company"). Use, posting and submission of information to CE-PIP ("Service")
are subject to the following terms and conditions. You ("Member") agree to the
following terms and conditions by posting publications to the Service. If you
do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not submit publications to, or
use or access information from the Service. The Company may modify these terms
and conditions without notice and at any time.
The Company may, in its sole discretion, refuse service; terminate the accounts of members, who violate this Agreement. The Company accepts no liability or responsibility for loss or damages resulting from the use of any information posted on this website. The Company accepts no responsibility for checking the accuracy or copyrights of reports or data files or information submitted by Members. Customers use this website at their own risk.
The
Service
The Service acts as a portal for companies, persons or their agents to advertise
their businesses by posting their proprietary information material at
www.CE-PIP.com. The Company provides an advertising service for companies and
individuals to advertise products, processes, opportunities or services. The
Company provides for each member a direct link from its posted publication to
the internet site of the member. The Company makes no representation or
assurance about legal or regulatory compliance of its Members. The Company
neither confirms each user's identity, nor verifies the truth or accuracy of any
information submitted by Members.
Hold Harmless
Users and Members
agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company, its directors, its officers,
its agents, or its employees against any claim or demand made by any third party
due to your use of this website of any information derived there from. Users
and Members agree to take sole responsibility and risk for all information,
actions, results, and outcomes resulting from use of this website.
Information
Users and Members shall limit access to and use of information to personal and
internal use. Users and Members use information solely to obtain initial
information from which further inquiries, evaluation, or investigation may begin.
Users and Members shall not use information obtained from the Service for
further distribution, publication, reproduction, or preparation of derivative
works.
Membership Rights
Membership rights are granted by Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology exclusively to
individuals. Thus, if multiple individuals from one office or firm wish to post
information on CE-PIP, then each individual posting information must be a Member.
Members shall not transfer, assign, share membership rights to any individual or
entity without express written permission from the Company. Members shall not
share their individual logon information or allow others to post information
under their account. Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology reserves the right to
terminate service to members who, in the Company's sole discretion, is deemed to
have violated these general terms and conditions.
Members hereby
acknowledge and grant the Company permission to communicate with them via email,
fax, telephone, and mail for any purpose the Company may wish. The purpose of
such communication may include, but is not limited to: billing/account
information status and queries, system status and updates, and product marketing
and advertising. The Company assumes no liability for any aspect of
communication to its Members.
Submission of Information
The Company assumes no liability for information submitted by Members. It is
Member's sole responsibility to be in compliance with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations regarding copy right and proprietary
information. Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology reserves the right, in the
Company's sole discretion, to remove, alter, or edit any or all information from
the website if a member is in violation of these terms and conditions.
Members agree all
information submitted shall be accurate and current. The Company accepts no
liability or responsibility for loss of information submitted by members, or for
availability or unavailability of information, or any losses or damages to
members resulting loss or unavailability of information, or access to the
website and its services.
Payments
& Cancellations
Member agrees to pay for all services and provides the Company express
authorization to charge said fees to their payment provider. Payment of fees
shall not be contingent on any events other than the delivery of the ordered
services. Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection
of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be the responsibility of and paid for by
the Member.
All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscription is terminated prior to the subscription period. Customer may cancel their membership subscription by emailing admin@CE-PIP.com, sending a fax to +49-06181-576704 or leaving a voicemail cancellation request (+49-6181-73651).
All cancellation requests will be processed within eight (8) business days, and a cancellation confirmation will be emailed to the email address on record for the account. Membership will be deactivated automatically at the end of the current billing term, unless Member proactively renews and pays for an additional subscription period. At date of expiring or cancellation all member information and hosted publications will be deleted.
Sponsorship and advertisement
Members of
www.CE-PIP.com are
kindly asked to support this site by single or frequent sponsorship. For our
major sponsors we have reserved space on the pages “CE-PIP Mission” and
“Polyester Key Word List” which are the most frequented pages. Sponsorship
conditions of this page will be submitted on request by
drthiele@polyester-technology.com.
Space for Banner
Advertisement (468x60 dpi in .gif format) we have reserved for our members on
the pages “User Information” and “CE-PIP.com.cn Chinese”. All advertisement
banners and logos are equipped with a hot-link to the advertising company. All
advertisement prices on request by
drthiele@polyester-technology.com.
Unauthorized Use
Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology prohibits the use of www.ce-pip.com system or
use of any information obtained from CE-PIP to send unsolicited commercial email
(spam) or junk faxes. Users or Members using information obtained from this
Service for purposes of transmitting of facilitating transmission of spam or
junk faxes agree to pay the Company € 4.000 for each instance of spam or junk
faxes transmitted using information obtained from this website.
Privacy
Policy
Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology does not share any member or user information
with outside individuals or companies. Banking and monetary information is
handled by the account department of Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology and
financial institutions, which provide money transfer services to the Company.
Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology does not retain company or banking information
of its Members.
